Incubators are used to hatch Moa Eggs.

Depending on the quality of the Moa Egg, it will take up to eight Ambrosium Torches to hatch an egg. When it is done, a Moa will be spawned ontop of the Incubator. It should be noted that if the Incubator is at an open space the Moa can walk away and end up falling out of the Aether.

As for the GUI, the top square is where you put the Moa Egg and the bottom square the torch. It requires six to eight Ambrosium Torches to incubate one egg (Blue eggs: 6 torches White eggs: 7 torches Black eggs: 8 torches). The incubating process will not reset or go down when the Incubator is out of torches. Instead, it will remain the same until more torches are added to it.

Known BugsEdit

  • As of Aether II Alpha, shift-clicking any item inside the Incubator should cause it to go inside. Instead, the game will crash and the user will have to re-open the game. The current reason for this to happen is unknown, as it is still possible to manually place the items inside the incubator. It's also important to notice that the game will take much longer to load after this crash occurs.
